If your EPG Gracenote does not update due to a “cannot connect to server” error, please perform the following steps:

  • Please visit the three websites listed below and ensure that the certificates are trusted.
  1. https://services.geniatech.eu
  2. https://batch.web.cddbp.net
  3. https://webapi-net.glb.gracenote.com
  • Visit the website and click on the lock to get to the settings:

  • Next, please make sure you trust the certificate for each website:
