no EPG since latest Windows 10 updates

Since latest updates from Microsoft Windows 10 build 20H2 (64bit) the EPG info is no longer shown within Geniatech Total TV Player. The channels list displays only the channel name and nothing more and the program name does not display neither in the application window, nor in OSD. Even saving a program as .ts file will only save the .ts file alone, without the accompanying .xml file, as used to be in the past.

I also installed clean a Windows 10 system with all updates, then installed Total TV Player (6.48.02) from scratch – no difference, EPG still does not show up. At the same time, using DVBViewer shows the complete TV Guide, so there is obviously a problem with Total TV Player program, not a drivers problem.

What can be improved in the Total TV Player?

Angela Xu said that it is free software. So I understand that the developers can't spend too much time on it. A few things can always be improved that could be collected here? Maybe someday someone with the Know-How will have time for it?

I use the Player, which was formerly called Terratec Home Cinema, for ten years.

Volume Control

On the screen the Volume can be scrolled with the Mouse, only in steps of 10: 10-20-30-40... A more fine agradation would be nice.

Channel Import and Export is possible via .ech and .chl files. I read that these two formats are technical out of date. Is there a format that all TV Players use?

TV Favorites, Channel List: I would prefer a folder structure in which i can combine severeal channels in one folder. Today there are many more TV channels than before, that makes the list somewhat confusing. With Folders all channels could be captured with one glance.The Channels would be easier to see.

Single Image recording, Screenshot is not possible in the combination: Video-Renderer > Enhanced Video Renderer, MPEG2-Video Decoder > LAV Video Decoder, H.264-Decoder > Elgato Video Decoder. I don´t know why, and I don´t know if there is something you can do about it?

Files in English: Some files contain hyroglyphs or seem to be written in Chinese? Both i cannot read. If the files were written in English, maybe i could learn to understand the content. And do small changes by myself.

totalTV finds no channels (NetStream 4sat)

Hello ,

i just received an Netstream 4sat today and am trying to integrate it into my Windows Pc's.

It is a bit frustrating as it seems that EyeTV4 for Windows would not connect to it () and on TvTotal, although the device is recognized,

it would not find any channels. I tried different options (as suggested by TvTotal), but it still would fail to find any channels.

The device itself is functioning as on MacOS 10.9+ it has no problems finding channels.

I just buy eyetv hybrid, then installed this application, TotalTV Player, but theres an issue as you can see on the screenshot. I already disable, enable on device manager but still on yellow exclamation mark. Also tried to download this: https://www.geniatech.eu/eyetv/faq/eyetv-t2-wird-von-windows-nicht-erkannt/. Restart laptop. Still not work.

Im using laptop with specs: windows 7 64 bit, ram 2 gb, nvidia gforce 720m, i3. I need solution.
