My DISH Network sends a signal via a cable to a second TV set to Channel 60. Why can't EyeTV U6 detect that same signal when wired to my computer?

I just purchased the U6 stick and I'm trying to download the software to run it, but every time I click on the "Download: eyetv 3.6.9 (7521)" link it just re-loads the web page? Not sure what I'm doing wrong

Gateway Channel not found

I replaced my 250 Plus with a U6 for Mac Big Sur OS. With exhaustive autotune scans on both ASTC and clear Qam I can't get a gateway channel. The 250 had a channel change select that I could put on channel 3. How can I set channel 3?
