    Generally wise. Always cautious with external downloads. That said, build 8528 seems indeed hosted on the geniatech website: https://www.geniatech.eu/download/eyetv-4-0-0-8527-64-bit-mac-version/ (Go to the "Download eyetv 4 version 4.0.0 (8527)" link, right-click ,"Copy Link", and replace "8527" with "8528" in the UR, and voila...)

    I installed the Mega link file and the app is now running for me. I'm using a 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i3 MacMini. But damn, it feels dodgy getting the file from Mega.

    Soooo sorry Bobby, you didn't manipulate anything! I thought I was replying to GBO! He did a weird thing where he made it look like he shared that Mega link from Geniatech before I shared it... Not sure why he did that. Maybe just to make himself look good. Doesn't help that I am tired and need to go to bed.
