I have connected the unicable coax-antenna cable to slot 1 of Netstream 4sat. Auto scan finds the channels, but the signal is 0 %, so nothing is shown. However, me Elgato 310 worked correctly. What can be done?

I bought a Netstream 4sat. It has 4 antenna inputs. From my satellite receiver I get 1 wire. I understand I have to connect this to input 1. But, is there a possibility to benefit from more channels? If yes, please specify what kind of connector I have to purchase between the satellite wire and the Netstream sat.
