I’m pretty tired of running to the Mac 3 minutes before a program I want is about to start, changing channels, and starting recording! any help on this?

Are EyeTV4 users having the same EPG problem? I have loved EyeTV for so many years and don't really see another app that is as user friendly.... If the problem affects EyeTV4 as well they should be right on top of fixing it!

Same here (Tallahassee, FL) for the last 10 days, but changed today to: I have done nothing to change my hardware....

The US version is not working - I am in Tallahassee FL. I posted the question to the CONTACT GENIATECH EyeTV3 website but haven't received a response. It wants a serial number for EyeTV 3 and I have no idea how to find that... I'm on version 7530 as well.
