Can anyone tell me why I am getting no video with Monterey 12.3 ? Audio yes but no video with any DVB T(2) or DVB S (2) TV channel

What is annoying is that you ring up and say they will call back but never do, almost like they are playing games, bizarre. so it works fine with big sur then just not monterey ?

I am getting no video with 8526 using Monterey 12.3. Should I try an earlier version ?

Tried to get a callback with so called support but never do. Can someone offer some help please. Tried the latest 8527 update but when I install it it says 8526 ?? Geniatech are a joke, Elgato were so much better and responsive

Well I have tried to get a call back 6 times now in the last few weeks. They say they will call back etc but never do so I don't know what to do now. I get no video with Monterey 12.3. Any ideas anyone please ??

I'm now on Monterey 12.3 and still no good even with the latest update which says it is 8527. When installed it says 8526 though ??? Tried to get a callback 5 times now from Geniatech but they never call

All installed ok and found channels etc but no video on SD or HD channels ? Sound only
