  1. Which service is everyone using at Schedulesdirect.com? I can't figure out which one that works with Eye TV. I've come to the conclusion that TV Guide is done.... Thanks in advance....
  2. My Eye TV just did the same thing yesterday. It's now giving me that dreaded "Router Failed" Message. I've changed nothing on my computer. Firsy issue I had was the TV Guide situation. Now this. I am starting to hope that another company comes out soon because it's been nothing but issues since Elgato sold it. And the company doesn't respond to any messages.
  3. Hi Goodwin, I had to use my time machine to revert back to 3.6.8. The problems started with me on the 3.6.9 update. Once I did that then my Eye TV started working fine again. It keeps telling me that there is a new update but I am refusing to do it for now until I get a better option. I did create a new account and all of that but still, I don't want to go back to the issues I was having. Another issue I had was when I created the new account, my hardware isn't listed on their hardware options. I use the EyeTV HD and it's not listed there. That's an entirely different issue that I will deal with at a later time. Hopefully you can revert back to 3.6.8
  4. Thank you so much Bert. I took your advice and did the same thing. I was also running 3.6.9. Went back to version 3.6.8 and the TV Guide works again. I guess we won't be updating anymore. If we do, make sure you save the older version. I appreciate you. Thanks once again.
  5. Hi Stuff, All of the channels are set to TV Guide. I never changed them. Nothing happens as far as updating the guide. And when I click on the guide, I get the "Downloading Program Information" and after about 20 minutes I get the infamous "Program Guide has no data to display". On the botton right hand corner, it keeps saying updating but it never updates. What's crazy is, I am watching TV through Eye TV on my computer. I get all of my channels. The guide just doesn't work.
  6. Hi Bert, My main issue is that I don't have a guide to get to. I clicked on the drop down tool menu and tried to update the guide but it keeps telling me that there is no internet access and then it says that no channels are using the TV Guide. I definitely have internet access because I am able to manually record shows and watch them. I just have no guide to go by. And my TV isn't up for renewal until December. Really makes no sense to me. Needless to say, I still haven't heard from anyone in tech support. I did try the unistall / install thing but that didn't work either. Certainly not very happy right now.
  7. I'm in the US and having a horrible issue with TV Guide. It Keeps saying that there is a problem with the internet server but then says that my internet connection is okay. I'm very aggravated with this company. Got a ticket number days ago and nothing has happened since. I tried to clear the EPG database but then it send me into a never ending cycle of "Requesting Channel Lineups." I've used Eye TV for years with no problems and now this... And no it's not time for my TV Guide subscription to be renewed. My ticket number is 2016081616000049. Please help with this...

  9. I'm having a similar issue. My TV Guide won't update and its saying that the "Program Guide has no data to display". I also tried clearing the Database but then it never updates so I have to wind up canceling. I sent the company a message and they gave me a ticket number but it's been days with no help yet. Looks like this company won't be around long. How do you manually get your guide updates?
