    Hi HeinoP, the same problem I fixed by using the EyeTV Reporter some years ago. Use the EyeTV Reporter to create a backup of you settings and uninstalling the EyeTV app. After that, reinstall the app and restore the backup. The EyeTV Reporter is available for EyeTV3 and EyeTV4.
