    It seems to be related to the code signing. I used an older Tip from this forum an ran as an admin in Terminal the following command to delete the code-signature: codesign --remove-signature /Applications/EyeTV.app/Contents/MacOS/EyeTV After starting EyeTV you have to grant access to files again. EyeTV 4 has been working as usual for me since then.
