    I2had this issue after updating to 15.4.1. Was working fine prior to that. MacMini M2, EyeTV4 (8532) and Geniatech EyeTV2 Hybrid in Australia. App would crash when trying to open any HD channels. The Sentinel /self-signing "fix' worked for me also. Google "Sentinel Macupdate" and downloaded/installed. Dragged EyeTV app in finder onto the right-side box in Sentinel (Sign app with Ad-Hoc) Relaunched Eye TV and now works. Thank you all so much.
