  1. The EyeTV Netstream app for Android works, although it's only available in an obscure location on Geniatech's servers, and not on the Google Play store, so installing it is difficult enough for a technically-inclined person, and near impossible for a non-technical person. The EyeTV Netstream app for iOS is broken (not possible to configure the list of satellites on the tuner screen, the menu list of satellites is empty) and I have reported this to Geniatech with a full bug report but have had no response. The iOS app appears to be abandoned (last updated in the iOS app store over 3 years ago). It's pretty crazy that Geniatech are still advertising the device as enabling TV "anywhere in your home" and selling it with essentially no support for it on mobile platforms.
  2. Just a followup (much later) as I also had this problem. First, provided your devices are on the same LAN, make sure EyeTV has access in the Security and Privacy settings of your Mac. I found that the Netstream didn't show up in the config menu until I added EyeTV to both the "Allow local network access" list and "Full disk access" list under Mac OS 15.x ("Sequoia") System Settings -> Privacy and Security.
