  1. Hi. I also had this problem after the upgrade. I tried to uninstall everything and install again and now it says my paid key is invalid! There is a link and jumps here: http://shop-en.geniatech.eu/software/eyetv-3/ That doesn't work! (t says eyetv-3 on the link but it's eyetv 4.) Still no solution.

  3. Can't Login - Reset password doesn't work Hi, I've been trying to login to www.geniatech.eu site and says my password is wrong! ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect I try to reset password, but never receive e-mail. My EyeTV key says it has been invalidated, although I bought it. Can someone from EyeTV Support help? Thanks, Alex
