  1. Try all of these e-mail addresses: GTEsales@geniatech.com GTEsupport@geniatech.com shopadmin-en@eu-geniatech.com services@eu-geniatech.com I wrote a note to all of them for a refund. Within two days I got my money back (yes, they sent it to my PayPal account).
  2. Folks, we're all getting screwed here! For six weeks now, Geniatech has allegedly been unable to solve a problem that really isn't rocket science. I have now written several emails to Geniatech support. The answer (quote): Our technicians are working around the clock to solve the problem (end quote). Six weeks... around the clock... does Geniatech seriously think that anyone believes this fairy tale? The service is dead - and Geniatech doesn't intend to bring it back to life. Period. I don't want to hear their lies anymore. I want my money back.

  5. For those of you who never receive any response after having inquired via the contact form on their homepage, email them at GTESupport@geniatech.com They replied to my mail, but the answer was kind of predictable... ("...we're having an issue ... our technicians are busy to solve the problem ... be patient") Maybe we should flood them with email or call them at +49 2407 5529080 multiple times a day, just so they know we're p...ed and don't want to be patient any longer.
  6. (Muss natürlich GTESupport@geniatech.com heißen; sorry.)
  8. Just purchased and installed EyeTV 4 (8527) on my MacBook Pro mid 2012 (macOS 10.14.6, 16 GB RAM), but the application crashes every time I try to launch it. Deleted all EyeTV 3.xxx files, reset PRAM, cleared caches, but to no avail. Anything else I could try?! Thanks for your help!
  9. Hi everyone (esp. you folks in Germany). Does anybody have any idea why there is no EPG data for Eurosport 1 from May 27 on? All it says is "Sendepause" (broadcast break) for the entire day(s). Deleted and rebuilt the EPG, tried "DVB" instead of "Gracenote", but to no avail. Anything else I could try? Thanks in advance for your help!
  10. Had the same problem with EyeTV 3.6.9 (7528) on an old MacBook Pro (late 2008) running Mac OS X 10.8.5. Plus: the Mac wouldn't go to sleep mode anymore. Tried all the usual maintenance routines including SMC-Reset, PRAM-Reset, clearing all caches and so on - but to no avail. Downgrading to 7524 (thanks to ThoSchl for steering me in that direction) solved both problems.
