I think they are in Germany ? For the moment i'm keeping my 32 bit Mac Os install for the (3.6 Eyetv) that's been working for 10 years .... I've asked for a refund of the eyetv 4 not working and got it. Hoping they sort out the many issues of the software/support.

I have received an email from sales, it is the same serial already received .. (and not working)

I bought on the 3rd of january a license for eyetv 4. Now it's not working it says it was invalidated. ??? Contacted support no anwser (yet)...
