Eye TV 4 on Mac, how do I export recordings to Apple TV on my iMac Catalina, there is no ATV button in eye tv4

I use Handbrake to encode downloaded tv programme into mp4 then put them into the Apple TV App. then I sync my iPad to my Mac to watch the programme on the iPan when offline.

Downloaded beta version for catalina. How do I save recorded tv programs to TV App library to view on ipad or iphone I have tried everything but no luck.
