  1. This is such poor service for a paid for product, it wasn't like this with the previous owners.
  2. I'm having an issue with my EPG renewal. It seems to be an account issue, I've tried some of the things I've seen suggested but some aren't very clear. Problems I can accept occur, but I'm not very happy about being ignored by support. I paid for my 12 months a week ago and haven't been able to use it. I've sent in 2 requests for help but nothing has happened so far. So far my experience of this company is pretty poor.
