Hi, I'm using an old Elgato EyeTV HD that I purchased possibly in 2013 or earlier. I purchased the EyeTV Mac OS 64 bit software from your website this week. I'm using a 2018 MacBook Pro. I've been recording from a composite source- a 1998 Hi8 Sony Handycam. It seems that every time I use EyeTV to record from the Handycam, within 5 minutes the EyeTV screen will turn blue for a few seconds, and then the picture will come back on. When I check my final recording of the analog source, the audio is either discontinued from the blue screen point or the video and audio are out of sync. Any suggestions to remedy this?
