Hi Ulrich, leider nein, der Elgato Eyetv Hybrid kann leider kein DVB-T2 HD H.265 HEVC wie hier in Deutschland verlangt, er kann aber DVB-T2 H.264 wie in anderen 40 Ländern dieser Welt. Ich weis das klingt verwirrend, aber tatsächlich braucht man zum Empfang hier in DE eine neue Hardware für DVB-T2 HD H.265 HEVC. Gruss - Mike

Guten Morgen - ja - wir sind noch lange nicht fertig - das Build (7517) ist auf dem Weg, ich denke das wir das im Laufe des Tages releasen können/ werden, bringt noch einmal einen wesentlichen Performance - Schub - wir haben aktuell keinen Schluckauf (stuttering) festgestellt, läuft jetzt alles sehr flüssig und CPU Last ist noch weiter runter. Anmerkung: wir haben festgestellt (TV, STB und Eyetv) das manchmal beim ARD e.g. das Erste HD, der Ton nur eine Tonspur enthält (Musik etc..) und keine Sprache, liegt möglicher an der Ausstrahlung und den Inhalten und wie encodiert wird, im diesem Fall unter Ton / umschalten auf andere Sprache, oder einmal eyetv beenden und eyetv 3 neustarten, bitte hierzu Feedback..., wer will kann vorab eine Blick darauf werden, https://www.sendspace.com/file/rojgg8 (build 7516-CDR<17) - ansonsten wie gehabt am späten Nachmittag https://www.geniatech.eu/eyetv/de/software/ hier download / installieren. Good Morning - yes - we are not ready yet - the software build (7517) is on its way, I think we will / can release it today, it will give another performance boost and decrease the load of the CPU, we have no stuttering (Schluckauf) anymore - even on a i5 / 1,6 GHz / 8GB Memory. Hi All, since the switch off / switch to DVB-T2 HD in Germany we recognised that some customer face unexpected performance issues, when receiving T2 HD H.265 this is due that the broadcaster has changed the surrounding technical parameters which is vers the Pilot - Run since Mai 2017 with 6 HD Channels, which has worked out pretty well with eyetv T2 / T2 lite + eyetv 3.6.9 (7514), thats key issue - the other issue was that the customers have not find the time to read the basic requirements Für den Empfang von DVB-T2 HD TV-Support 1080p/50 (Deutschland)ist ein Prozessor von Intel/AMD vergleichbar mit, oder besser als der Intel Core i5 2,5 GHz , sowie mindestens 4 GB RAM (Arbeitsspeicher) und macOS10.9 ,oder neuer, erforderlich. In order to receive DVT-T2 HD TV-Support 1080p/50 (Germany), you have to have an Intel/AMD processor which is better or equal to the Intel Core i5 2,5 GHz, as well as at least 4 GB of RAM(random access memory) and macOS 10.9 or newer. Anyway - we already started already - since we able to reproduce it in our labs in germany / china - expect a solution soon. stay tuned - Mike

Hi - both devices support a) all kind of DVB-T/T2/T2 HD (HEVC/H.265) in more than 150 Countries, if you live in germany - there is a hard switch off of old DVB-T end of march, and shift to DVB-T2 HD (HEVC/H.265) b) are supported by eyetv 3.6.9 (7514) - its mandatory for product support of eyetv T2 and eyetv T2 lite and for live DVB-T/T2/T2 HD (HEVC/H.265 decoding mayor difference is beside the price, that the eyetv T2 support DVB-C (Cable TV) as well and comes with a full license for eyetv 3 / Mac app, which the eyetv upgraders to DVB-T/T2/T2 HD (HEVC/H.265) not need - as they already have eyetv 3 / mac app on their mac (only need to install the FREE upgrade to eyetv 3 version 3.6.9 (7514), so there we followed the request of the eyetv community to create the eyetv T2 lite, which comes with full DVB-T/T2/T2 HD (HEVC/H.265) Support - kind of "all in" digital terrestrial TV, and with a windows app and a eyetv lite mac application, last sure has limited in functionalities (cannot compare with full version), for example no EPG / and no EPG recording, so in a nutshell, the eyetv T2 lite is the upgrade path for all eyetv DTT customers ..

check with Ton, things are working with 4 tuners - and it are anther 10 days to release the ATV4 APP .., I already shared running UI pics

Hi Peter, tried, I verified your results, based on macOS 10.12.3 (16D32) with eyetv 3 version 3.6.9 (7514) and with Unicable settings below, 4 Tuners cannot be access, will check with R&D and come back, please stay tuned.

Hi Peter, thanks for notice - hm - we will check with Unicable /4sat today - this so far we have not tested - only settings for 4sat/Quad LNB and 4c and again we are in a early experimental stage, we come back on this.

3party I mean other vendors hardware, all old eyetv hw from elgato and geniatech will be included, if they are capable.

got you, then you mac need to be always on, basically good idea, but honestly too much for the moment, first get to release for the netstream models, then selected 3party ...step by step

please come down, I and sure also the community appreciate your feedback, and there is sure always room to improve, pls give us some room eyetv w/ 4 tuners we enable it for netstream 4c / 4s as a first test, base on MacOS Sierra and eyetv 3 build 7514, lets see how the experience is - if it can make to a live stage, we will watch close, anyway it relates to the community feedback. @repineau, thanks for your notes and clear words, basically any sat>ip server should work fine, we need to check, and we are not aware that Kathrein EXIP 414E SAT>IP server has a new firmware / experience some changes, we gonna check. For the new eyetv netstream 4sat (refresh), please stay tuned - we perform some final testing here at our labs and expect to be available on etail shelf by mid mid march, but be informed first volumes are reserved for direct + private customers only and can be only ordered pre - ordered direct from us. if you interested, please send inquiry to GTESALES@geniatech.com. kind regards Mike

@all, we have tested successfully based on MacOS Sierra and eyetv 3 version 3.6.9 (7514) also the eyetv netstream 4c (cable), we can record 4 channel or record 2 and watch 2 channels. If you wanna try, please follow the instruction above, and again you can try that special command in the Terminal, which is a currently experimental (unsupported) way to use four tuners all at once on your Mac. kind regards Mike
