Hello ! I had several discussions with Geniatech Support. Since my first post, october 2020, they are working on the issue. But to be honest, I fear that they will not be able to fix the issue. I finally found a new solution, that is working for me. I bought a VU+ receiver. It works without any issues and can also be connected to a Mac or a PC. I definitely lost trust in this company and this after using it now for 12 years ! Kind regards !

Thanks for your reply. Finally someone with the same problem. I was going on with my tests and found that the problem is only related to the BBC programmes all others seem to work without stuttering ! I reverted back to build 8520, which has no stuttering. I also use a Mac Mini from 2012 connected to my main TV screen. It has still MAcOSX 10.14 Mojave installed, as I don't want to create more problems. I want to stay save on this one. I have installed both versions on EyeTV 4 and 3.6.9. I am in touch with Angela from Geniatech. Hope they will manage to get the software right. But it takes ages to see results.

Hello ! When I use EyeTV 4 with Freeview Channels over Astra 2 28.2 satellite, the HD channels don't run smoothly. They are actually stuttering. Other channels (german from Asta 1 19.2) are all ok !!! Thanks for any help !!!

Hello ! I have a problem with EyeTV 4 (latest version 8521). I have the following setup: Technisat Gigasystem 17/8G, an a Telestar Digibit R1. I use a Imac with EyeTV 4.0.0. I have 2 dishes one for Astra 28.2 and one for Astra 19.2. All programmes on Astra 19.2 are ok, no stuttering. But the programmes from Astra 28.2, only HD programmes, all stutter. Did anybody have a similar experience ?

The problem seems to have gone in ios 13.2 beta 2.

Hello ! Eyetv app on both ipad and iphone crashes after updating to 13.2 ! The app has become unusable ever since ! Is there a way to get it working again ?

Sorry, but the update didn't help at all. All went well for a few day and then the problem came back again.

Hello again ! Yesterday, Apple released the MacOS X version 10.12.5. I installed this version (Ithought it could not be worse). For the first time for a very long time, I had no problems at all with EyeTV. Not spinning beachballs, no stuttering. For now, Apple seems to have solved several problems at all. Hope they won't reinvent any new problems !!! Luc

Hi ! I have the same problem as Stoker ! My setup is the following: - Mac Mini 6,1 (late 2012), MacOSX 10.12.4, 8 GB RAM - 2 x EyeTV Sat Free , 1 x Terratec H7 DVB-C receiver - EyeTV 3.6.9 (7517) latest version. The problem is that I also get spinning beachballs quite often. Sometimes they go away, sometimes they won't. I also noticed that using the latest version of EyeTV 3.6.9 build 7517, the screen gets a lot of stuttering, which didn't occur with the builds before. Before I try the method described by Ton, I just wanted to ask if there is another way to get rid of this annoying problem ??? Reinstalling the programmes is a lot of work to do. I hope that the problem won't come back again. Thank you very much for any help !!!
