System specs: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015 4 GHz Intel Core i7 64 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 Startup and storage disk 1TB SSD AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4096 MB macOS Sierra v10.12.5 Newly purchased the eyetv T2 hybrid tuner. Can install eyeTV-3 onto this iMac and even a macbook pro, only if eyetv T2 is not connected. Once connected eyeTV-3 crashes. Am not able to search for tv channels or use the software. Have tried installing eyeTV 3.6.9 (7518) (7517) (7516) each with the same result. Used EyeTV Reporter app to uninstall before each installation. Please, is there a solution for this?
  5. Parcel Arrived This Morning. For anybody in Australia living in rural NSW (30km from regional city) this is my experience: * purchased 1 x eyetv T2 hybrid * payment made via PayPal - total cost including delivery and currency conversion $255.23 AUD * parcel left Germany via courier (DHL Group - didn't know this till after enquirying in this forum). * Australia Post managed the parcel after it's arrival in Australia * when tracking via Australia Post the details of sender's address and my address showed as not supplied-this was a concern though it turned out it need not have been * after it's departure from the warehouse in Germany parcel arrived 15 days later at local post office (where I organised for it to be delivered-I have an arrangement with Australia Post called 'Parcel Collect') * Geniatech Europe (GTE Sales) are not generous with communication, did not reply to my queries; replied however after prompting from Mikyesun via this forum but not to direct enquiries from me * prompt assistance via this forum * had to request tracking details * The availability of instruction for tracking the parcel, at the time of purchase would contribute to a smoother, worry free experience, as would have a response by the GTE Sales Team to my three emails especially the first email. Nevertheless, writing this all up on the forum gives others a chance to be informed. Now for the digital hybrid experience

Mike Decker (GTE Sales) has correctly found my true name and followed up already with an email faster than I could respond to your request to contact them. I am impressed! So I gather that if my name is associated with Shipment number // DHL: 329782405948 then we are on the right track. This is exciting. I look forward to tracking the parcel to my destination.   7. Hi. Today: 05/Jun/2017 EyeTV T2 (Hybrid) purchased 24/05/2017 via Geniatech Europe GmbH EN Germany to Australia. Shipping cost 32,95 euro, so I presume that a courier will be used and not snail mail. How long could I expect the delivery to take and is the delivery live-trackable? No-one is answering me from the sales department. Thanks in advance, Harold
