At my installation:

EyeTV 4 build 8519
the EyeTV 4 lost connection to Netstream 4C. the 'EyeTV Setup Assistant' can't find the Netstream.
Pinging the Netstream doesn't give any replies. I tried to reset the Netstream box - still no reply to the ping. Pinging the Netstream doing boot will give 1-3 replies, but the box ending up dead. Scanning all port doesn't give open ports.
The iOS app cannot connect (find) the Netstream.
The Nettream box has been running for many years. I have never been asked to do firmware updates. It sounds to me as the EyeTV 4 has been fiddling with the Netstream on its own.
Anyone with experiences of booting/updating the Netstream box over one of the USB ports?
I'm a very long-time user of this system and it's tightly coupled with a complex workflow developed over many years. It's very sad if this will be 'game-over'
