Moin moin, da ich immer wieder inhaltliche Probleme mit den von Gracenote gelieferten EPG-Daten habe, habe ich versucht, auf der Webseite von Gracenote http://www.gracenote.com/ irgend eine Serviceadresse oder einen Ansprechpartner zu finden. Kennt jemand eine/einen? Gibt es vielleicht auch eine Möglichkeit, bei Gracenote (vielleicht irgend wo unter http://www.gracenote.com/video/global-video-data/) mit den gekauften Zugangsdaten mal direkt auf die EPG-Daten zugreifen zu können, um sie mal mit den in EyeTV sichtbaren gegen prüfen zu können? Findet man bei Gracenote irgendwo einen Hinweis auf die für EyeTV gelieferten EPG-Daten? Grüße A.

  5. Seit einigen Tagen bekomme ich immer in eyeTV beim Laden des EPG die Meldung "Update fehlgeschlagen (Verbindung zum Server konnte nicht aufgebaut werden)". Der Support von Geniatech kann mir nicht wirklich helfen. Man empfahl mir, einen zweiten Account zu kaufen, da ich eyeTV und Gracenote auf mehreren Macs zu laufen habe. Allerdings wies ich darauf hin, dass das Konto als Gültig erscheint. Nach dem Kauf eines neuen Accounts bleibt die Fehlermeldung. Es dauert sehr lange (>1 Minute), bis die Meldung kommt. Es scheint den Eindruck zu haben, als wenn es zu einem Timeout kommt. Wie kann ich feststellen, warum die Verbindung nicht aufgebaut werden kann?
  6. Hello to all, just have updated from EyeTV 3.6.9 (7416) to the new 3.6.9 (7513). After succ. update, connection to gracenote(europe) epg-service will be rejected with "wrong login-name or password". But both are the same, like before. What to do? Greetings A.G.

With regards to our authorization server upgrade and customer privacy protection – and cooperate privacy protection, we apologize to claim, that you need to follow below steps carefully and strict – to activate your EPG – Subscription. 1st Step: Make sure your EyeTV software is updated to the latest version (EyeTV 3.6.9 or later is required). You can download the latest EyeTV 3 from this link: https://bit.ly/eyetv3latest. Please install accordingly. 2nd Step: Register with the email address you used in the Webshop via EyeTV 3.6.9 or higher. Please note, that this is necessary even though you are already registered. The next steps describe how to register successfully. Please follow them carefully. a) Please open EyeTV 3 (Version 3.6.9). In order to check the EyeTV Version, go to EyeTV // Info. It must be EyeTV 3 (Version 3.6.9) b) Please open Preferences // EPG (Gracenote) Klick on change / create a new account with the email address you used in the Webshop.
