EYETV3 Problem Inactive Service SERVICE INACTIF in French

Running Eye tV3 with Mac OS X 10.11.6 , I get Service Inactive from 2 mn with Blue Screen  ?

Is there a solution. ? 

 

Thanks a lot.

 

PS I ran EYETV with an Hybrid from Elgato,
