MightyGem 0 Report post Posted November 2, 2016 I have the subscription UK TV Guide to get two weeks of programme listings. However, I don't get two weeks. It goes something like this: On Saturday I get 14 days of listings, ending on the Friday 14 days away. On Sunday I get 13 day of listings, ending on the Friday 13 days away. On Monday I get 12 day of listings ......................... On Tuesday I get 11 days of listings ....................... This carries on until Saturday when I then get the full 14 days. I have the Guide set to update daily, and it shows that it's downloading programmes, but it's not. This has been going on since March. I've been on to Geniatech about but they've stopped replying. jelockwood 3 Report post Posted May 8, 2017 I would guess you are using the UK EPG subscription offered via Geniatech, this is actually a service provided by Gracenote whom I believe are now a subsidiary of Sony. It could be Gracenote only update their data once a week i.e. on a Saturday, this would seem consistent with your symptoms. You might want to search for information about Gracenote via Google to see if applicable articles crop up, or you could try contacting their support direct and mention your Geniatech provided subscription.
