Ben 1 Report post Posted December 26, 2016 I have been unable to update TV Guide for several days even though subscription is active until Jan 22-2017. I am not able to even buy a new subscription so I am guessing that it is a problem on your end. I have reported this problem 3 times and all I get is a new ticket number telling me someone will respond.
