It seems to be an account issue, I've tried some of the things I've seen suggested but some aren't very clear. Problems I can accept occur, but I'm not very happy about being ignored by support. I paid for my 12 months a week ago and haven't been able to use it. I've sent in 2 requests for help but nothing has happened so far. So far my experience of this company is pretty poor. Please try to activate your renew subscription in the software: Eyetv/Peferences/Guide/Expired/Enter Guide Renewal Code, then filled with your renewed code.
