Getting no help

I'm having an issue with my EPG renewal. It seems to be an account issue, I've tried some of the things I've seen suggested but some aren't very clear.

 

Problems I can accept occur, but I'm not very happy about being ignored by support. I paid for my 12 months a week ago and haven't been able to use it. I've sent in 2 requests for help but nothing has happened so far. So far my experience of this company is pretty poor.

I'm so sorry to let you waiting so long. Could you send me your Ticket-number ? We can check it in our datebank for you . If you have issues  with my EPG renew.

Please try to activate your renew subscription in the software:

Eyetv/Peferences/Guide/Expired/Enter Guide Renewal Code, then filled with your renewed code.
