eyeTV-3 crashes when eyetv T2 hybrid connected

Recommended Posts

System specs:

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015

4 GHz Intel Core i7

64 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

Startup and storage disk 1TB SSD

AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4096 MB

macOS Sierra v10.12.5

Newly purchased the eyetv T2 hybrid tuner. Can install eyeTV-3 onto this iMac and even a macbook pro, only if eyetv T2 is not connected. Once connected eyeTV-3 crashes. Am not able to search for tv channels or use the software.

Have tried installing eyeTV 3.6.9 (7518) (7517) (7516) each with the same result. Used EyeTV Reporter app to uninstall before each installation.

Please, is there a solution for this?

Well that was a quick response thank you thomaskud.

I wrote to the address you have supplied me, yesterday. Alas, no response. How long do the support team usually take?

They could probably do with a few of the above extra details though that could be supplied if they respond.

Here's cheers to your next reply :)

Are you using any anti-spam plugin? May you give me your email address per pm?
