Getting BBC 1, 2 and ITV HD

I am running EyeTV 3.6.9 (7520) with an HD HomeRun Connect in the UK. Everything works fine except for the fact that it does not pick up BBC 1 HD, BBC 2 HD and ITV HD. It picks up the following HD channels with no problem: BBC Four HD, BBC News HD, Al Jazeera Eng HD, Channel 4+1 HD, 4Seven HD, QVC Beauty HD, RT HD, BT Showcase HD. But not BBC 1, 2 and ITV HD. Trying to add the missing channels manually is confusing since the option to do this seems to not include the MHz frequency. There is only a kHz option. I understand that one may also have to search on a different multiplex as well. But I do not see anything to add the multiplex setting either. I am wondering how to get these missing channels using EyeTV. Any help would be most appreciated.

1.000 KHz = 1 MHz, so converting is easy.
