EyeTV in North America

I've been using EyeTV for years and need to move it to a new Mac.  I am in the North American market (using ATSC format TV), and all the help page links to needed downloads are broken.  I've even tried downloading the ATSC version of EyeTV 3 as if I were buying it for the first time, but I just get "404 Not Found."  I have yet to get any response after contacting Support.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
