EYETV+WINTV NOVA STICK-T+MAC OS MOJAVE

Hi. Sorry for my bad english. I have an old  TV TUNNER. WinTV nova-T stick.
In mac os x high sierra works perfectly, but since I actualiced to mac os x mojave, this version not detected the tv tunner. Why?
Is problem of apple, hauppauge or elgato eye tv.

Any solution?
