After 5 years working well with my EyeTV Hybrid suddenly my EyeTV 3 does not detect the device.

In this machine I have mojave, that until last Monday 08/06/2020 everything worked correctly on Tuesday it has stopped working I have tried another machine that I have Sierra and the same thing happens. As it is possible that from one day to the next it stops working. Still there is a fault or a component has been burned. Thank you very much for putting up with my questions.

I have the same issue: after a software re-installation the EyeTV Hybrid isn't detected any longer on a iMac 27" Mojave. It is detected on another iMac 21" Sierra. Unlikely that the Mojave computer has issues with USB: all other peripherals work fine.
