DTK 0 Report post Posted January 18, 2021 Hello! I am having a problem setting up EyeTV 3 on my Mac. I have used it for many years but recently bought a different Mac and I'm having a hard time setting it up. Whenever I enter my zip code in the setup assistant it indicates that there is no channel lineup available, no matter what zip code I type in. When I try to cancel and go back it hangs up and I have to force the program to close. Any ideas on how to fix this? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tortie1984 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2021 On your old Mac, go into Library/Application Support. There will be an EyeTV folder. Inside that folder is a file, ChannelList.xml. Copy this into the same location on your new Mac. That should populate the channel list in EyeTV 3 on your new Mac. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
