eyetv 4 & DTT stick, cannot get past the activation

I have the eyetv DTT stick. As far I understood, the old versions of eyetv software are not supported anymore. I tried installing them as well, but got error messages on startup that I need to update the software. 

So I just bought the eyetv 4 instead. But I cannot open the software since it requires the activation key. I tried my original activation key that came with the device, but the "next" button stays gray. 

I don't know what to do, how can I start the software?

Running the eyetv4 on macOS 10.15 (Catalina)

Ok, nevermind.

It seems most email communication went to the Spam folder and I never saw it. Found the key and got in just fine. Just auto-tuning my channels.
