Richard Liu 0 Report post Posted March 27, 2022 Using eyetv hybrid connected to my cable tv provider, EyeTV4 8526, later 8527. App installs, finds my existing (from using EyeTV3 on MacBook Pro 17" late 2011 and macOS High Sierra 10.13.6) EPG subscription and accepts the license I received at purchase of EyeTV4. It displays channels and a TV program, but I just receive a message saying no signal or such, no matter what program I attempt to view. On a hunch I went back and had the app auto-tune all cable channels. It displays "One moment please" and seems either never to start or never to finish after almost one hour. Does anyone know how to completely remove the EyeTV4 app? I'm wondering whether vestiges of EyeTV3 are lurking after I migrated my account from the MBP17. Richard Liu 0 Report post Posted March 29, 2022 I have a support case number that I specified in the appropriate field. I think that that should be sufficient. If sending reporter logs must be initiated by technical support, then they must send me a token, without which I cannot send the logs. The program should not complain about a technical problem and advise me to try again later.
