TWA 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2022 Hello together, i have problems with teh epg download and programming tv session. They doesen't download the epg and tell "server error". The problem is on 2 macs, once with 10.15. mac mini on EyeTV 4 and the second on 10.13. with EyeTV 3.69 both with the newest versions. I've started the new, hard reset the router (Fritzbox 7490), take off the fire wall. Nothing helpes. Have everyon an information wht can i do? The support doesen't anwser my ticket. TBinNM 9 Report post Posted September 10, 2022 My sympathies, All subscribers to EPG services from Geniatech have had this problem since early August (Geniatech has said it is a server problem, but we think they are abandoning the EyeTV software and EPG subscription services). If you wish, you should see about getting a refund of your subscription. Keep trying support, try different emails to the company Geniatech. If you are in North America, try the XMLTV listings service. Others in Europe have had some access to other EPG services, check the forum posts.
