pdhill77 6 Report post Posted November 5, 2022 It has been since August and still no response from Geniatech. Please tell us something! Last major outage lasted for 6 months.
db_man 3 Report post Posted November 17, 2022 I've tried various ways to get in touch with Geniatech without success - I can only assume they are not interested in fixing this issue. Given that this is a paid service I'd like to get part of my money back. And there's no chance that I'll renew my subscription next year.
alanK 15 Report post Posted November 21, 2022 Hello liars who run Geniatech. I truly hope you have come up with something in the past few months to lie about. It's painfully obvious that they have and continue to lie about some bullshit with the "server". They are bankrupt and can not pay the providers of the guides. They played the same bullshit last year and a few times prior. One day, I suspect their website will simply disappear and that will be that. I've posted that in other places hoping that someone from their management will contact me to prove me wrong.

Howie 4 Report post Posted April 27, 2023 In my humble opinion there should've been a class action lawsuit over the failure to deliver (or reinstate) the EPG services that were bought and paid for. The only thing I don't know is how many Geniatech customers were burned. Considering their global reach it must be thousands. At least. I realize we have mostly all given up at this point... but that's exactly what they want us to do. It just irks me that they got away with it on a corporate level. A gigantic "eff-you" to people who sent them money... their clients. Elgato, we miss you.
