xdude 0 Report post Posted May 14 Can't Login - Reset password doesn't work Hi, I've been trying to login to www.geniatech.eu site and says my password is wrong! ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect I try to reset password, but never receive e-mail. My EyeTV key says it has been invalidated, although I bought it. When you say the company doesn't exist, how come the key has been invalidated? This is all too strange!!!
