Eye TV 4 does not recognise my activation code

I had an old Imac that broke down where I used eyetv hybrid without any problem (with eyetv3 software) 

I have had to buy a new Imac M4 and my old software did not work. I tried to install Eyetv 4 but when asked for an activation key I introduce the one I have but it is not recognised.

Any help?, what can I do?

I created a case 1 week ago and still nothing despite their contact formular claims to get back within 24 hours....

I'm afraid there is no "customer service" or "customer support" from Geniatech any more regarding EyeTV, even though they are still selling the software 🤷‍♂️

That means they will never respond to any cases.  Sorry.

This forum of the last dozen or so interested users is your only hope.
