can anyone recommend a usb to usb-c converter?

can anyone recommend a usb to usb-c converter?

I just got a Mac mini M4 which unfortunately only have USB-C ports. 

It seems like my eyetv hybrid usb dongle do not get sufficient power when I use a converter. I've read somewhere a suggestion to either use the original apple usb to usb-c converter but that didn't work. Then I bought an usb hub with 100w power (brand:  Inline) but that didn't work either? 

Any suggestions to a converter that works?  I really prefer using my dongle instead of streaming as streaming is typically 40-60 seconds delayed and it takes forever to change channels...  Thanks
