iOS EyeTV Netstream App not compatible with iOS 13

Today iOS 13 got released.
After the iOS upgrade the EyeTV Netstream App only shows a "phase-shifted" video on iPhone and iPad for non HD channels. HD channels like "ARD HD" is working fine.

When can we expect an update for the iOS EyeTV Netstream App?

Hi,

it seems as if there was no beta testing for these apps. I reported this error to Geniatech two months ago as it occured on iPadOS 13 beta. Now after the official release of iPadOS 13 that bug still isn’t fixed. That’s very annoying.

I am currently unable to scan my satellite setup.

 

Attempting to scan:

He finds the satellites:

The satellites are not displayed and I am unable to scan them:

 What am I missing?

Would be very kind to know what you are going to fix. Is this a reply to the missing Sat setup? 

We would really appreciate to hear something about the compatibility IOS 13 issue. 

Are you working on it?

Which app? We have  several app,  eyetv app, netsream app, sat>ip app etc.

Again : TVOS 13 Apple TV has the same issues with non HD channels. TV picture shows the the same effects like the initial post.

I already asked the support team but did not receive a response.

I would like to emphasize that: we also wait for the update of the AppleTV App of 4Sat Netstream. For weeks we are only able to watch HD programs.

since the problem is known and already fixed for iOS it can‘t be too hard to fix it for AppleTV as well.

Agreed, I’m just moving over to eyetv netstream to replace Windows Media Center. Just set up my newly purchased unit tonight to find I can only watch HD channels. 
 

Very frustrating! When will the problem be fixed for AppleTV users?

Sorry to chase, but this “update” seems to have been coming for sometime... have I just wasted money on something that will never work again? 

Can you give us any idea when this is likely to resolved?

I noticed that the AppleTV has been removed as supported device from the website.

We kindly ask you to tell us if there is a chance to get an update on the TVOS app somethimes?
