EyeTV 4.0.0 (8519) Can't auto-tune or update EPG

Just updated EyeTV as requested by auto update check. I can now not update the broadcast EPG or perform an auto-tune during device setup. It claims that a recording is in progress and it is not. I have restarted the app but no change.

UPDATE. Not sure if this has something to do with my problem. When I start EyeTV and select "Open Next Live TV Window"  I get a grey window (no content). When I select "Open Next Live TV Window" again I get a fully functioning window with broadcast TV showing no problems. The Device is an HDHomeRun T2 receiver with 2 tuners. This device has worked fine until installing this release.
