I had an activation code sent within 24hrs - Not sure where they are sent from but I imagine the general staff only work business hours,

doubt they have more than a few support staff to answer Support requests for MacOSX, iOS, Windows and Android customers.

I think they are in Germany ?

For the moment i'm keeping my 32 bit Mac Os install for the (3.6 Eyetv) that's been working for 10 years ....

I've asked for a refund of the eyetv 4 not working and got it.

Hoping they sort out the many issues of the software/support.
