To be fair I sent a support ticket and they asked me to use there 'report' tool to uninstall (having saved the relevant preferences) and it seems fine now, there was additional stuff to sign into on  the reinstall.

Same here, whenever I launch it is just crashes, it was working fine until the weekend on 10.13.1 I had the previous failed to instal 7521 but it had seemed to work.
