I sent a reply last night to my original support ticket asking if they'd be providing refunds for those of using HD HomeRun devices that won't be able to use a new build of the software. This was Angela's reply. "Thank you for contacting us.For now, the restoration work is at the testing stage. We will take some actions to support Hdhomerun users or compensate in other ways and will let you know that when it is finished testing. Kind regards,Angela Geniatech EyeTV Support Team"
