In my humble opinion there should've been a class action lawsuit over the failure to deliver (or reinstate) the EPG services that were bought and paid for.
The only thing I don't know is how many Geniatech customers were burned. Considering their global reach it must be thousands. At least.
I realize we have mostly all given up at this point... but that's exactly what they want us to do.
It just irks me that they got away with it on a corporate level. A gigantic "eff-you" to people who sent them money... their clients.
