I know I'm a bit late coming back on this (lol), but... Yes, you're right I was trying to export with the adverts still in the recording. I'm doing it the way you describe now. Except for one thing... I can't export using EyeTV, it does nothing!! So I'm using Handbrake program to convert it, directly off the recorded file.

BTW I'm using MacOS 10.14.6 (Mojave).

Found a fault in the export function... I've just updated to version 4.0 (8526), and now when I export an editored program, with the adverts marked out as usual... it now just exports the whole recording totally ignoring the the markers I just added. This needs fixing Geniatech on the next update. BTW thanks for adding further export formats, although they seem to be fixed to 1.77Kbps, which I find too low quality.
