If I don't receive the product that I paid for, then I will contact PayPal and get my money back.

But I would really like to have your product!

Exactly the same problem here. Very suspicious, looking at the date of your post. I'm going to give a couple of days. If I don't hear anything from them I'll proceed as dw1.

Yes, but then you need the Activation Key which they haven't send. Tried to ring them but the phone message is in chinese or in an unintelligible english.
