    Same problem of no sound and video freezes with eyeTV 2.5.3 and an Elgato Hybrid tuner. The good thing is that it still records under macOS Sierra 10.12, and if I open the recording package I can play the .mpg file with VLC and the sound and video are fine, so I at least can still use it as a PVR under Sierra, but I can't view live TV or recordings from the eyeTV 2.5.3 app.
