herb37 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2019 (edited) I have an EyeTV 300/310 receiver from 2013 and now I have an iMAC from 2019 The problem: Output of the EyeTV 300/310 is a firewire IEEE 1394 and there is no more such input at the iMAC and I don`t find a cable. I tried several adapters without any success. Has anyone an idea. Thanks in advance Regards Herbert Edited October 25, 2019 by herb37
kapqa 0 Report post Posted November 16, 2019 Hello, have you already tried the official Thunderbolt to Firewire Adapter by Apple? I too have the EyeTV 300/310 .. its a great device, and gives also DVB HD. Sadly the Firewire has nolonger been developed. I use it on a MacMini with a Mac Mini MiniStackMax.
